Check-in time is from 12 noon. Early check in can be requested. A surcharge may apply. Early check-in is also dependent on availability. Check out time is 10am. Late Check out can be requested and is dependent on availability. A surcharge may apply.

We accept all major credit We do not accept personal or company cheques without prior arrangement unless they have cleared through our accounts system prior to the guest arriving. Cash payments accepted Bank Transfer accepted Mpesa Accepted.

We have an onsite laundry facility. Guests can have their laundry cleaned for them at a minimal fee of $10 per laundry basket.

The reception is physically open between 0800hrs to 2200hrs Monday to Friday and 0800hrs to 1700hrs Saturday and Sunday. We however have a dedicated call center that is open 24 hours and our colleagues will be at hand to serve you.

Mimosa offers an option for Accommodation with a meal plan or without. Should you have selected the option of Accommodation without a meal plan, you can adjust and include the request for a meal plan. The plans are not limited to breakfast only and you have the opportunity to book for lunch and/or dinner.

Yes, we offer airport transfers at a fee. We can also arrange to take you on a tour of Nairobi at a reasonable fee.

Dependent on the type of pet we are accommodative of having Pets in the apartments. A surcharge for the pet will apply. Contact Management to confirm if your pet is welcome.

Each apartment has a designated parking slot. Should you require an additional parking slot kindly let us know.

Yes, We have a few apartments that are suitable for use by persons that are differently enabled. Kindly inform the Front Desk for any special needs you may have.

We offer personalized shopping services at a fee. Share your list and we shall make the purchases on your behalf prior to your arrival.

Upon request, we can arrange a baby sitter for you. Kindly speak to Management on your preferences.
